Viewing Your Schedule in the Mobile App

The HydroApps mobile app gives staff a fast and flexible way to view schedules, shifts, open coverage opportunities, and staffing activity directly from their phone. Whether checking upcoming assignments, viewing team schedules, or finding available shifts to pick up, the mobile scheduling experience keeps everything accessible in one place.

Accessing Your Schedule

There are two ways to open your schedule in the HydroApps mobile app:

Option 1: Navigation Menu

1. Tap the Navigation Menu in the bottom left corner

2. Select My Schedule

Option 2: Scheduling Dashboard

1. Open the Scheduling Dashboard

2. Tap My Schedule

Both options will take you to the schedule view page.

Viewing Your Assigned Shifts

By default, the My Shifts tab is selected automatically.

This view displays:

• Your upcoming shifts

• Shifts across all assigned facilities

• Shift dates, times, and locations

Dates highlighted in orange indicate days where you are scheduled to work.

If you work at multiple facilities, all assigned shifts will appear together within your schedule view.

Viewing All Staff Schedules

The All Shifts tab allows staff to view schedules for all employees across facilities they have access to.

This view can help staff:

• See who is working

• Review coverage throughout the day

• Identify staffing gaps

• View shift notes or comments

Any shifts containing comments or additional details will display a comment icon directly on the schedule.

Viewing Available Substitution Shifts

Shifts posted for substitution will appear directly within the schedule using a bright orange indicator.

These shifts allow staff to quickly identify:

• Open substitution requests

• Shifts available for pickup

• Coverage opportunities from coworkers

Staff can tap directly into those shifts to review details and request coverage.

Viewing Open Shifts

The Open Shifts tab displays shifts that are currently unassigned and available for pickup.

From this view, staff can:

• Browse available shifts

• Review open coverage needs

• Request additional work opportunities

This helps improve staffing flexibility and simplifies schedule communication.

Filtering Schedules

HydroApps also includes built-in schedule filtering tools.

Staff can filter schedules by:

• Facility

• Position

To apply filters:

1. Select a facility using the top filter menu

2. Choose a position if desired

The schedule will automatically update to display only matching shifts.

Filters can be cleared at any time to return to the full schedule view.
