Logging Into the Mobile App

Getting started with the HydroApps mobile app is quick and simple. Staff can log in using their existing HydroApps account credentials and immediately access scheduling, operational tools, notifications, and facility management features directly from their mobile device.



Logging Into the App

To log into the HydroApps mobile app:

  1. Open the HydroApps mobile app

  2. Enter your email address or username

  3. Enter your password

  4. Tap Log In


Once your credentials are entered, the app will automatically log you into your account.


No Site Selection Required


Unlike some systems, HydroApps does not require users to manually select a site or organization during login.


Your account permissions, facilities, and assigned tools are automatically connected to your login credentials, making the sign-in process faster and more streamlined.



Accessing Your Tools

After logging in, users can immediately access:

  • Scheduling tools

  • Pool tests

  • Checklists

  • Maintenance tickets

  • Forms

  • Notifications

  • Certifications

  • Operational dashboards


The tools available within the app are based on the permissions assigned to your account.



Staying Logged In

Depending on your device settings and organization configuration, the app may keep you signed in between sessions for faster future access.

Some devices may also support:

  • Face ID

  • Fingerprint login

  • Device-based biometric authentication


This helps staff securely access HydroApps while reducing repeated password entry.



Need Help Logging In?

If you are unable to access your account:

  • Verify your email address and password

  • Contact your HydroApps administrator

  • Use any password reset options provided by your organization
