Updated Navigation Menu - Summer 2025

We’ve made a few thoughtful updates to the HydroApps navigation menu to help you move more efficiently through your daily tasks—especially on smaller screens.

What’s New?

• Logout Button Relocated The logout button has moved from the bottom left to the top right corner of your screen. This helps prevent accidental logouts when collapsing or expanding the side menu.

  

• Slimmer Collapsed Menu The side navigation bar is now narrower when collapsed, giving you more space to view and complete forms—especially helpful on tablets or small devices.

  

• Reordered Menu for Clarity We’ve reordered items in the navigation to improve the flow and surface the tools you use most often:

  • Standard Users:

    • Your Name

    • Dashboard

    • Facility

    • Staff

    • Schedule

    • Messages

    • Reports

    • Files
      

  • Admin Users:

    • Facilities

    • Pools

    • Users

    • Forms

    • Checklists

    • Equipment (formerly Assets)

    • Files

    • Public Display (if enabled)

These updates are designed to make HydroApps more intuitive and accessible, regardless of your role or device.
