Form Management Update - Summer 2025

Creating and managing forms in HydroApps just got easier with a series of thoughtful updates designed to simplify the user experience, especially for those working on smaller screens or building complex forms.

Key Improvements

• Toggle Form Preview

  • Now you can hide or show the preview panel while editing questions. Hiding the preview gives you more space to focus on editing—perfect for smaller devices or longer forms.

• Smarter Question Creation

  • When you add a new question, the screen automatically scrolls to it—no more searching or scrolling.

  • The question field now spans the full width of the card, and the answer type selection appears directly below it.

  • The "required" toggle is now a simple checkbox, defaulting to off for faster setup.

• Easier Question Placement

  • A new "move to bottom" setting ensures your question lands at the end of the form by default.

  • Use the "section header" option to place questions directly under specific section headers—helpful when organizing long, detailed forms.
