Need to make updates to a schedule you've already published in HydroApps Schedule Manager? No problem! You now have the ability to unpublish both current and future schedules to make adjustments or delete shifts as needed.

You can unpublish both future and current schedules in HydroApps Schedule Manager. Here’s how:

To Unpublish a Future Schedule (One That Hasn’t Started Yet):

  1. Navigate to Schedule Manager in your HydroApps dashboard.

  2. Select the future schedule you want to unpublish from the list.

  3. Click the “Unpublish Schedule” button.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear—click “Yes” to confirm.

  5. The schedule will now be unpublished, allowing you to:

    • Edit shift details

    • Add or remove shifts

    • Update hours

    • Delete the entire schedule period, if needed

To Unpublish a Current Schedule (One That’s Already Started):

  1. Go to Schedule Manager and select the current schedule (e.g., July 12–31).

  2. Click the “Unpublish Schedule” button.

  3. A confirmation pop-up will explain how the schedule will be split:

    • All shifts before today’s date will remain as-is with a new end date (the day before today).

    • All shifts from today forward will move to a new unpublished schedule.

  4. Click “Yes” to confirm.

  5. The schedule is now split—past data is preserved, and future shifts can be edited or deleted as needed.

Reminder: Unpublishing a current schedule won’t affect any historical data. Only upcoming shifts are editable once the schedule is unpublished.
