How to Change your Password (Employee View)

At HydroApps, we take your security seriously, and we want to make sure that managing your account is both simple and secure. If you need to update your password, whether for security purposes or personal preference, you can easily do so from the Employee View.

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Password

1. Log Into Your HydroApps Account Begin by logging into your HydroApps account using your current credentials.

2. Access Update Contact Details Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to open the account menu. From there, select Update Contact Details.

3. Enter a New Password In the Update Contact Details section, you’ll see your current username (your email address) and the password field. Enter your new password in the provided field. Note: Be mindful that this password is visible and not encrypted. If other admins have higher access levels, they may be able to see your password. For this reason, it's important to choose a secure, unique password that you're comfortable with others potentially viewing.

4. Save the Changes After entering your new password, click the Update & Save button. Your changes will be saved immediately.

5. Log Out and Log Back In Once you’ve updated your password, you’ll need to log out of your HydroApps account and log back in with your new credentials to ensure everything works smoothly.
