Why Assigning Checklists Matters
Checklists are the backbone of daily operations—ensuring tasks are completed, equipment is checked, and safety standards are upheld. But as your needs evolve, so should your checklists. That’s why HydroApps makes it easy for admins to not only edit and customize checklists, but also assign them by facility for a more targeted approach.
Key Steps for Assigning Checklists
Access the Admin Panel: Navigate to the Admin section and click on Facilities.
Customize Your Checklist: You can edit any checklist labeled as "customizable" by adjusting questions, sections, or formatting.
Unassign & Reassign for Updates: If you make edits to an existing checklist, you’ll need to unassign it from the facility and reassign it to ensure your changes take effect.
Assign to One or Multiple Facilities: Choose whether the checklist should apply to one specific location or multiple sites within your organization.
Consider Open Checklists: If a checklist is currently in use, updates won’t reflect until that checklist is completed or deleted.
