Creating Schedules in HydroApps

Creating and managing staff schedules in HydroApps is simple and flexible. You can use templates to speed up your process or manually build schedules to match your unique needs.



Steps to Build a Schedule:

  1. Select a Facility: Make sure the facility you want to schedule for is selected.

  2. Create a New Schedule:

    • Click Create New Schedule.

    • Choose your schedule date range. (Note: The full schedule will publish for these dates.)

  3. Use a Template (Optional):

    • If you’ve set up a schedule template, select it here.

    • Only one template can be used per schedule.

    • Click Save and Exit to apply the template.

  4. Manually Add or Edit Shifts:

    • Click the + button to add a shift.

    • Select the position, adjust the number of staff, and set the shift time.

    • Toggle Repeat if the shift recurs and select applicable days.

    • Click Save and Exit to add the shift.

  5. Build Without a Template:

    • Simply skip template selection.

    • Use the + button to build your schedule from scratch.


Tips:

  • You can repeat shifts through the end of the schedule period to save time.

  • Make sure your date range reflects your actual scheduling needs before publishing.
