    • Note that users without the Facility Manager module will have a streamlined login experience.

  2. Familiarize with the Dashboard Layout

      • Quick Link Buttons: Located at the top for easy navigation to frequently used areas.

      • Pool Test Card: Displays the most recent pool test results.

      • Messages Card: Shows recent messages posted or sent.

      • Staff Card: Highlights the most recent audit forms completed for the logged-in user.

      • Forms Card: Provides access to forms based on user permissions.

      • Schedule Manager Card: Offers tools for managing shifts and availability.

  3. Accessing Quick Links

    • Click on the quick link buttons to navigate to the desired section quickly.

    • Remember that customization options for these links are planned for future updates.

  4. Review Pool Test Results

    • Regularly check the Pool Test Card for the latest testing data.

    • If you do not have access to this feature, the card will not be displayed.

  5. Check Messages

    • Review the Messages Card for any recent communications.

    • For detailed usage of the messaging feature, refer to the dedicated video tutorial.

  6. Complete Audit Forms

    • Use the Staff Card to view and complete the most recent audit forms assigned to you.

  7. Access Forms

    • Click on the Forms Card to find and complete necessary forms efficiently.

    • Ensure you have the required permissions to access specific forms.

  8. Manage Schedules

    • Utilize the Schedule Manager Card to update your availability and manage your shifts.

    • Familiarize yourself with the scheduling tools available for front-line staff.
