Viewing Your Schedule (Employee View)

The Schedule Dashboard in HydroApps makes it easy for employees to stay on top of their shifts. Whether you're checking your daily schedule, picking up open shifts, or requesting a trade, everything you need is just a few clicks away.



Viewing Your Schedule

  1. Log into HydroApps and go to the Schedule Dashboard.

  2. In the My Schedule card, you'll see your scheduled shift for the current day.

  3. Click My Schedule to view all upcoming shifts for the current schedule period.

  4. Use the arrows to navigate forward or backward by week to see more shifts.

Picking Up Shifts

  1. From the Dashboard, click Open Shifts to view available shifts.

  2. You'll see:

    • Open shifts available for pickup.

    • Shifts offered by coworkers for trade or coverage.

  3. Click Pick Up Shift to claim one.

    • If you're under your maximum hours, the shift may be automatically approved.

    • If picking up the shift puts you over your limit, it may require manager approval.


Requesting Shift Trades or Coverage

  1. Click on your scheduled shift in the calendar view.

  2. Select Request to Sub/Trade Shift.

  3. The shift will become available for others to claim.

  4. If your organization requires it, your manager may need to approve the change before it's finalized.


Checking Status of Pending Changes

  • When you request a trade or pick up a shift that requires approval, the shift will appear as Pending Manager Approval.

  • You’ll be notified once the approval is granted or denied.


Tips:

  • You can toggle between schedule weeks using the dropdown at the top of the calendar view.

  • Always check your total hours before picking up new shifts to avoid going over your limit.
