Once you've completed a Compliance Manager assessment, you can review your results, access generated action items, and export reports for sharing or recordkeeping.

This article explains where to find your completed assessments and how to use the information generated by the assessment process.

Finding Completed Assessments

After an assessment has been finalized, it will appear in the Completed Assessments section on the right side of the Compliance Manager Dashboard.

For each completed assessment, you'll see:

  • Facility name

  • Completion date

  • Assessment score

  • Available actions

From here, you can open the completed assessment or access the associated action items.

Viewing the Assessment On Screen

Select the View Assessment icon to open the completed assessment within Compliance Manager.

The on-screen version allows you to:

  • Review all questions and responses

  • View comments added during the assessment

  • View uploaded photos

  • Search for specific sections or questions

  • Review recommendations and generated action items

This view is helpful when reviewing individual responses or discussing specific findings with your team.

Accessing Reports

To view available reports:

  1. Navigate to Current Action Items.

  2. Select View More.

  3. Open the Assessments section.

  4. Choose the appropriate facility.

  5. Select the assessment you would like to review.

If you cannot find an assessment, verify:

  • The correct facility is selected.

  • The correct year is selected.

  • The assessment is marked as Completed rather than In Progress.

As you complete assessments year after year, multiple reports may be available for the same facility.

Exporting Reports

Completed assessments can be exported in multiple formats.

Available export options include:

  • PDF

  • Excel

Exported reports are useful for:

  • Internal review

  • Leadership presentations

  • Risk management discussions

  • Budget planning

  • Historical recordkeeping

Understanding the Report

Your assessment report includes:

  • Assessment score

  • Question responses

  • Compliance status

  • Applicable standards and references

  • Recommended actions

  • Supporting resources

For any item that does not meet the identified standard or best practice, the report will include a recommended action to help improve compliance and reduce risk.

The report is intended to help your organization identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize future operational enhancements.

Reviewing Action Items

Every completed assessment generates action items based on the responses provided.

Action items include:

  • Facility

  • Assessment section

  • Related question

  • Recommended action

  • Assigned user

  • Due date

  • Status

These action items serve as your organization's improvement plan following the assessment.

Updating and Completing Action Items

Open any action item to view additional details and make updates.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:

  • Assign responsibility

  • Update due dates

  • Change priority levels

  • Add notes

  • Upload photos

  • Attach supporting documentation

  • Mark items as complete

Adding notes and supporting documentation creates a record of how the issue was addressed and can be helpful during future assessments.

Using Your Results Over Time

The true value of Compliance Manager comes from tracking improvement over time.

Many organizations use their reports to:

  • Monitor progress year over year

  • Prioritize operational improvements

  • Support budget requests

  • Guide risk management discussions

  • Document compliance efforts

  • Measure the impact of facility upgrades and policy changes

By revisiting the assessment regularly, you can track progress and identify new opportunities to strengthen your operation.
