If you encounter a question, issue, or technical problem while using HydroApps, our team is ready to help. This article outlines how to access the Help Center and submit a support request through your dashboard.



Steps to Get Help:

  1. Access the Support Tab:From your HydroApps dashboard, click the Support tab in the sidebar menu.

  2. Visit the Help Center:Click through to the Help Center to access how-to videos, feature guides, and common troubleshooting tips.

  3. Submit a Support Request:

    • Click Log Support Request on the support screen.

    • Fill out the required fields and describe the issue.

    • Submit the request. Our support team will review it and follow up as needed.


Your support request will be routed to our technical team and, if needed, to our developers to help resolve the issue efficiently.
