The Compliance Manager Dashboard is your starting point for completing assessments, reviewing results, managing action items, and accessing helpful resources.

This article provides an overview of each section of the dashboard and how to use it effectively.

Assessments by Facility

The center section of the dashboard displays all available assessments for your facilities.

For each facility, you'll be able to:

  • Begin a new assessment

  • Continue an assessment already in progress

  • Access completed assessments

As you switch between facilities, the available assessments and related information will update automatically.

Each assessment card includes information such as:

  • Facility name

  • Assessment status

  • Due date (if assigned)

  • Progress toward completion

Helpful Resources

The dashboard includes several resources designed to help you complete assessments and better understand industry standards.

Available resources include:

  • Help Center articles and tutorial videos

  • Support ticket submission

  • CDC resources

  • Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC) resources

If you have questions while completing an assessment, these resources are a great place to start.

Completed Assessments

On the right side of the dashboard, you'll find your most recently completed assessments.

From this section, you can quickly:

  • View assessment results

  • Open completed assessments

  • Access generated action items

  • Review previous submissions

This provides a convenient snapshot of your latest assessment activity

Action Items

When an assessment identifies opportunities for improvement, Compliance Manager automatically generates action items.

The Action Items section allows you to view:

  • Open Items

  • Past Due Items

  • My Open Items

  • My Past Due Items

  • Items Awaiting Verification (if applicable)

Selecting any category will display the associated items for review and follow-up.

If your organization manages multiple facilities, you can filter action items by facility to focus on a specific location.

Managing Action Items

Selecting an action item opens additional details, including:

  • Recommended action

  • Due date

  • Status

  • Assigned user

  • Priority level

Depending on your permissions, you may also be able to:

  • Update due dates

  • Reassign responsibility

  • Change priority levels

  • Add notes

  • Upload supporting documents

  • Mark items as complete

  • Verify completed items

Glossary and Supporting Documents

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find the Glossary of Terms and supporting documentation.

These resources provide additional context for assessment questions, recommendations, and industry terminology.

We strongly recommend reviewing these materials before beginning your first assessment and referring back to them whenever questions arise.
