Logging in for the First Time

Ahead of your onboarding, your HydroApps Representative will email you your HydroApps URL and login information. Your HydroApps URL is a custom link to your organization's specific site. It is good practice to bookmark this URL. Below are instructions for logging intp your HydroApps site.

 1. Enter your email address. - This is your work email address or the email address provided to our team during onboarding.

 2. Click on password field - Enter the temporary password emailed to you ahead of your onboarding.

 3. Click on Sign in

 4. Welcome to your dashboard. Find your name on the top menu bar and click on "Update contact details."

 5. Update your information and change your password.

 6. Click on Update & exit - You are now ready to explore your HydroApps site!
