Logging in for the First Time

Ahead of your onboarding, your HydroApps Representative will email you your HydroApps URL and login information. Your HydroApps URL is a custom link to your organization's specific site. It is good practice to bookmark this URL. Below are instructions for logging intp your HydroApps site.

 1. Enter your email address. - This is your work email address or the email address provided to our team during onboarding.

 2. Click on "Forgot your password?" - Increased security measures means HydroApps no longer provides temporary passwords to log in. You must use this function to receive a link to privately set your password.

 3. Open email and click link.

 4. Add new password and click "Reset Password" button.

 5. You're in!
