Whether you’re logging in for the first time or need to reset a forgotten password, our new system is designed to be more secure—and just as easy to use.
What’s New?
We’ve strengthened our encryption protocols behind the scenes to better protect user credentials. These changes align with industry best practices and ensure your login information is handled with the highest level of security.
How to Reset or Set Your Password
If you’re a new user or a returning user who forgot your password, here’s what to do:
Go to your organization’s HydroApps login page.
Click the “Forgot Password” link.
Enter the email address associated with your HydroApps account.
Click “Request Password.”
Check your email for a message from HydroApps with a one-time link to reset or create your password.
Click the link, or copy and paste it into your browser.
Enter your new password and click Reset.
