Accessing Compliance Manager Permissions
Navigate to Admin Settings.
Select Users.

Go to Inspections & Access.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Compliance Manager permissions.
Available Permissions
Compliance Manager
Allows the user to access the Compliance Manager module and view assigned facilities.
Complete Assessment
Allows the user to answer assessment questions and participate in completing facility assessments.
Users with this permission can complete sections of an assessment but do not necessarily have permission to submit the final assessment.
View Report
Allows the user to view completed assessment reports and results.
This permission is useful for supervisors, managers, or administrators who need visibility into assessment outcomes but are not responsible for completing the assessment itself.
View Issues
Allows the user to view action items generated from completed assessments.
These users can see open items, past due items, and other assigned tasks.
Edit Issues
Allows the user to manage action items by:
Updating due dates
Reassigning responsibility
Changing priority levels
Adding notes
Uploading supporting documents
Marking items as complete
Verify Issues
Allows the user to review and verify completed action items before they are officially closed.
*Users with this permission will see items awaiting verification on their dashboard.
How Permissions Affect What Users See
Different permissions control which areas of Compliance Manager are visible to a user.
For example:
Complete Assessment allows users to access assessment questions and track assessment progress.
View Report allows users to view completed assessment reports and results.
View Issues allows users to see open, assigned, and past due action items.
Edit Issues allows users to update action items, change assignments, modify due dates, add notes, and mark items as complete.
Verify Issues allows users to review and verify completed action items before they are closed.
Users will only see the sections and features that correspond to the permissions assigned to them.
